DescriptionWhile I'm trying to intregrate the drivers following error message with the window title "Critical Error" appears:
Could not copy Intel Chipset drivers' .inf files from \$OEM$\$1\D\C\I\2k3\ to \$OEM$\$$\INF.
Additional InformationOptions: KTD for all integrated Driver Packs, default KTD shadow saving place, activated QuickStream, ATI Catalyst Control Panel

all driver packs excluding the CPU one

I've tried to reproduce it now, but unfortunately I can't... Could you tell me if the \$OEM$\$$\INF directory exists?

 Are there any files in that directory?

Did you manually modify the QuickStream Cache (QSC directory)?

Please delete the directory that corresponds to DriverPack Chipset 6.08 in the QSC directory!

I deleted the whole QSC directory and I tried it again. Same error again.
