Summary0000526: Confusing wording "Load settings file..." and "Browse" button
DescriptionWhen I first saw "Load settings file..." I misread it as "LoadING settings file..." and was wondering why it would take so long to load setting. I suggest removing the ellipsis because they are normally indicate ongoing process.

On the other hand, the "Browse" button should always have the ellipsis which indicates that it will open a dialog box.

It worth asking translators if other languages have the same problem.

This problem is present in the Russian translation. I'd like to correct other issues in the Russian translation as well. Do I need to get a assignment before I can start working on a translation?
