0000516: Graphic Pack Language Addon Setup files get compressed

Description

Testing DriverPack Base program (latest nightly) I'm trying to slipstream DP_Graphics_Languages_wnt5_x86-32_904n2.7z into my CD. I placed this addon into the 3rd party folder.

Note this addon doesn't include an ini file. Several files get compressed causing the setup to fail when run afterwards.

For example files in the D\G\A1\CCC which get compressed:
CCC.dat, CCC.dll, data1.hdr, layout.bin, setup.ibt, setup.inx, setup.iss, UCI_ext.dll.

Also many Windows installer msi files in several subfolders get compressed.

I'm using method 1 install with custom installation method (alternative for KTD to keep all files on CD)
