Once file uncompressed, it contains : "൛ഊഊഊഊഊഊഊഊഊഊഊഊ䬊㡂㠸ㄱ⸱䅃ൔ䬊㥂ㄲ〴⸱䅃ൔ" but it should contain :

 This was already reported by two testers, but I thought this was an isolated issue: I haven't touched the code that handles unicode->ansi conversion in months... Can you please upload your original svcpack.inf?
