Can you reproduce this? I strongly doubt this is caused by the DriverPacks BASE...

Yes this happens everytime.

I have uploaded a winnt.sif file. You can try it.
Look at the line of "Home_Page" in winnt.sif. This is correct.
Put now the winnt.sif file in your i386 directory.

Use DP_BASE 6.08.2.

After finishing. Open the modified winnt.sif file in the i386 directory. You will see that DP_BASE 6.08.2 has changed "Home_Page". "H" is now missing.
It says now "ome_Page=http://www.google.nl/" [^]

I also cannot reproduce this error anymore.
The problem was in my "i386\winnt.org"
I deleted this file. And slipstreamed it again and the bug didn't occur :)
I tried it a few times and "H" wasn't missing anymore. So this wasn't a bug.

You can remove this issue now.
