Summary0000340: Split DPsFnshr.ini into per-DriverPack .ini files
DescriptionThis feature would be similar to 0000308, but then for the Finisher. When this change is implemented in both the Finisher and the DriverPacks, they all become version independant, thus you will be able to use DriverPack Sound A 7.12 with DriverPacks Finisher 7.04 for example.
