| Summary | 0000346: Make nightly version comparisons less vulnerable |
| Description | Up to version 7.01.6 (and the first 7.02 nightly), the UpdateChecker would malfunction if the nightly version was not correctly formatted. It would retrieve th version number from this format:
releasedateOfNightly.versionnumber.revisionInTheSVN
But the program should not crash if underscores instead of dots would be used. Nor should it crash if a random "name" or 'tag" would be entered instead of a properly formatted version number. |
