DescriptionWhen Driverpacks is installed, is corrupted the file svcpack.inf, I tried with a Spanish Windows and all drivers except Graphics A, I tried 6 times and alway same result (diferent compilations, diferent configurations).
Additional InformationI suspect that this is for integration of HD sound patches...

 The svcpack.inf in your RAR file is encoded in Unicode UTF-16. The conversion to ANSI should work fine. But to verify it, I've tried it myself. The results were good: the file was converted without a single problem. Are you very sure you didn't accidentally do something wrong with it yourself?
