Issues must be posted to forum for help...
IF (big if) it does turn out to be a bug then we will let you know that you need to report it here...
 
Based on the fact that it is working for millions of other users on tens of millions of installs I doubt seriously if you have a bug... It's a lot more likely to be user error.
