version 6.06.1 creates an extra " in cmdlines.txt. Tested w/ Win2000, I assume it also occurs with WinXP

It indeed also occurs in Windows XP (and Server 2003). In my first tests this did not occur however... But now it does. Doesn't make much sense to me, but it's fixed now anyways.
