0000035: 3rd Party DPs are not detected
All .7z files are named according to guidelines and in the correct directory, but they are not detected. This did work properly in either RC7 or RC8, but I don't remember which.

User error. I put 3rd party DPs in \DriverPacks directory in order to make sure I was naming them properly and never moved them to proper directory. I triple checked everything, but still didn't seem to catch it.
