0000523: TEXTMODE integration erroneously removes certain entries from TXTSETUP.SIF
After slipstreaming TEXTMODE drivers, the entries from the attached RVMi Addon are removed. Presumably this would happen with similar methods of OEM integration of 3rd party software. The attached Addon is a confirmed example.
1. Actual BASE version I used: 9.02.0.1

2. More info about this bug: http://forum.driverpacks.net/viewtopic.php?id=3996 [^]

3. My theory is that BASE is either removing entries from files that have corresponding *.sys files (i.e., ultradfg.inf or ultradfg.sif entries are removed from TXTSETUP.SIF because BASE sees ultradfg.sys), or it's removing entries that have corresponding references in [HiveInfs.xxxxx] sections of TXTSETUP.SIF.

Related to removing entries from txtsetup.sif for Replacement drivers.

There is a replacement driver named ULTRA.SYS. BASE was removing all lines that contained the string "ULTRA" rather than only removing the lines that matched the string "ULTRA"

IE ultradfg.sys contains the string "ultra" but is not a match for the string "ultra". Fixed in HEAD revision. release to testing team is imminent.
