0000098: Could not copy ROE.exe to <path>\$OEM$
During slipstream process, either manual or API mode, the error as described in the summary pops up. ROE.exe is present in the \bin\wnt5_x86-32 directory. Even if the \$OEM$ directory pre-exists in the target location, the error still happens. See Additional Information for the .ini file used.

Really solved this time.

I had tested it in beta 3, and it worked. Not sure why it stopped working...
