0000283: AutoIt Error

Description

I used nlite to change some settings and integrate all Hotfixes into a version of Windows XP Pro SP2.
Then I streamlined the DriverPacks Base 6.10, Chipset 6.09.1, LAN 6.08.1 and Massstorage 6.08 (all recognized as up-to-date) into my installation.
I used nlite again to make an iso image of the files and burned it to a CD-R (no errors).
I installed WinXP as usual but after the first start I get the following error msg (while Driver Packs Finisher from Wim Leers loads):
