0000251: Blue Screen during windows installation - STOP 0x0000007E
This issue appears most frequently on Dell machines. Before the GUI setup screen loads a BSOD appears with stop error 0x0000007E occuring in regards to portcls.sys

This is a driver issue, not a DriverPacks BASE (software) issue. Please post a driver request in the DriverPack Sound forum, and don't forget to mention the EXACT product name of the Dell machine on which this happens. It's just a missing driver.
