0000313: XP Corp VLK did not load integrated MassStorage drivers v6.08 with Base 7.01.1
I'm sure you hear this a lot, but I never had this particular problem with DriverPacks. I'm operating under Windows Vista. I performed the RyanVM integration (no very fancy addons), nLite v1.30 RC and all of the latest DriverPacks to two XP discs, one right after the other, and both using Base v7.01.1.

The first was an XP Home SP2 OEM disc, and it installed beautifully on an older computer I repaired for someone.

The second was an XP Pro Corporate (VLK) edition SP2 disc. Both discs were clean sources; I always start with the same base disc image.

I try not to perform ANY other tasks during any RyanVM, nLite and DriverPacks processes, which isn't hard to avoid since especially the first two parts are disk intensive.

Under RyanVM, I integrate the main update pack v2.1.5a, Boooggy_WMP11_VanillaAddon.7z, ProgramAddons_WinRAR_3.62.cab, Ricks_CCleaner1.36.430_AddOn.rar, RVMAddonsDX9_1.1.7z and RVMAddonsWGA_1.5.723.1.7z. I've successfully integrated all these exact same addons on other XP discs very recently.

Under nLite, again although there is some heavy tweakage, I don't tweak anything unsafe and I've used the same set of tweaks in the past. I don't use any switchless installers, and the only thing I integrate with nLite is IE7, straight from MS's executable.

Under DPBase, I integrated all of the standard DriverPacks (and had the text mode option checked as well).

I have successfully integrated all of these DriverPacks to this same XP Pro Corp SP2 image using v6.10 before, but for the fact that all of the DriverPacks except MassStorage and CPU were updated in December and I hadn't installed XP Pro Corp since that time.

My motherboard chipset has an VIA 8237 southbridge and I have two SATA discs in RAID 0 as my boot drive. I also have a PATA hard drive, which I disconnect from the IDE cable (powered down) whenever I reinstall Windows as then the XP installation disc wants to put the boot information on it instead.

When I booted this fully integrated XP Pro Corp SP2+ disc on this configuration, it said that it couldn't find any hard discs, so evidently it didn't load my SATA RAID driver as it normally did in the past.

I'm running low on DVDs (full integration takes up over 800MB) and although I have one other RAID 0 system, it runs off an old Promise PATA controller so I don't know if success or failure on that system would necessarily tell me anything.

I've verified that all the DriverPacks were copied (and renamed appropriately) to the XP disc in the OEM folder. The ATICCP.INS file is 0 bytes, and it's 0 bytes on all my older integrated disc images as well. The Bin folder has 7z.exe, DevPath.exe, DPsFnshr.7z and DPsFnshr.ini.

Thank you for the extensive report, if all people submitted such detailed reports, then everything would be so much easier!

But unfortunately this is a known bug, it was posted at several places in the forum and it's posted as a news item so it appears on the front page. It's already fixed in 7.01.2 rc1, which can become a final as soon as the new MassStorage pack is ready.
