Summary0000512: BartPE and server 2003 R2 integration: ql2300.sys corrupt on boot
DescriptionI create a bartpe image using the plugin from the dps_base application to use the mass storage pack. All goes without any waring or error. When I try to boot from the CD I get a black screen with the message:
The file sq2300.sys is corrupt
Press any key to continue
When I press a key it says:
Setup failed. Press any key to restart your computer.

From QLogic web site:

# For Windows Server 2003 SP2, you must also install Microsoft fixes KB932755 and KB939315 (or later).
# For Windows Server 2003 SP1, you must also install Microsoft fixes KB932755 and KB939315 (or later).

From the readme.txt included with the driver:

NOTE: You must apply the Microsoft Storport update before installing
or upgrading the driver. Windows Server 2003 SP2 (or later)
requires Microsoft fixes KB932755 and KB939315 (or later). Windows
Server 2003 SP1 requires Microsoft fixes KB932755 and KB939315
(or later). For Boot from SAN installation, use the Windows 2003
SP2 first, then apply the KB update.


I will verify the sys file but I strongly suggest you guys download those and integrate those patches.
